Calling all Kia drivers and enthusiasts! Kia is slated to reveal a new concept vehicle at this month's Frankfurt Motor Show, in Germany.
To generate interest in this new concept vehicle, Kia decided to unveil some images online. We have to admit, this idea really worked. Here at Kia of Chattanooga, we are certainly excited.
To paint you a picture of how exquisite this new Kia concept is, editors at Top Gear confessed that they actually though it was a Maseriti. This is not a joke! Some other people mistook it for an Audi vehicle.
The new concept really is proof that Kia has what it takes to do "sexy". Plus, it represents the South Korean automaker's very first rear-wheel drive layout, which is, indeed, a very big deal.
As we mentioned before, we know very little about the new concept vehicle at this time. We won't know any further details until the Frankfurt Motor Show. But what we do know relates only to the exterior aesthetics. The design elements that caught and held our attention most, include:- Sleek, yet classy body that seems to ooze opulence
- Gradually raked hatch
- Svelte lines
- Unique, statement-making five-spoke wheels
- Dark rouge-tinted glass
"No matter from which perspective you look at it - this concept is roaring with energy and ready to take-off," boasts Peter Schreyer, Chief Design Officer, Kia Motors says. "I believe the car is a strong statement from Kia: We are ready to fast forward to an all-new chapter."1
